A loan was taken out in my name. 350 was deposited into my account. Then 1050 was taken out in installments before i noticed. This transaction along with 3 other loans and some sort of credit card all were taken out around the same time. Chase bank refuses to credit me any money back because this started more than 60 days ago. My account was overdrawn costing me over 2000 in fees. I have 3 other accounts and was not monitoring this one very closely. I got the phone number from chase. I contacted lls. They told me they would not even make a claim on my account without a police report. I have filed claims with ftc, bbb, and internet crime complaint center. Lls responded to bbb and said the account that the loan was taken out of, was a joint account and maybe my spouse had taken out the loan. Neither myself nor my wife made any contact with much less took out any loan. I do not know how they obtained our personal info. My wife is a student and does not have a job. I am very frustrated with these loan companies and with chase bank. There should have been some sort of notification. 2000 in overdraft fees in 4 months should have been suspicious. Please help
