I made a $5000.00 payment toward principle. I noticed that their was no adjustment to my monthly payments, I asked Chase to adjust my monthly loan amount to show the principle payment. Chase is asking for $150.00 dollars to adjust my loan amount. Isn't that part of loan servicing? Besides Chase took over my loan from another bank. It was not even my choice who is handling my loan. This fee is a rip off!!
