My girlfriend and I purchased two 300.00 "smart phones" with the Android operating system, this is my second phone due to the same problem, which is that the phone constantly freezes, fails to respond, powers off, drops calls among a laundry list of other things. They replaced both of our phones within thirty days but even though the problem persists, they have nothing more than generic responses and no solutions. These are supposed to be 4G phones yet 4G is not in my area, so why are they selling a phone that cannot utilize the service it is supposed to be engineered for? I have friends with I phones from other cell companies and they have no problems like we do. I think they are selling substandard phones at a price of the iphone.
