Deposit Refund!

We moved back in may and shut off our power. We did all the requirements they asked for to recieve our refund which was initially 400.00 but the last bill was about 103.00. So we told them to take it out of refund and they got paid for the last bill and yet month after month sill havent recieved our refund of 296.00! All we keep getting is the run around and no check. I have called several times and i even went up to the headquarters off Dallas North Tollway! And was told a check was returned June 21ST... Because they sent it to the wrong address! So then i was told by a rep Terrance that a check would be cut from there and should recieve at end of week! Well i didnt. They obviously do not have any clue to run there offices! I do not recommend them to anyone at all. Apparently they like to be paid but not pay you.
