RipOff Still haven't recieved my refund Internet

I ordered the new Sprint Instinct on June 28 over the internet. The order came up to 187.00 ($50.00 deposit plus $137.00 for the phone) I didn't realize that it would be backordered 2 weeks until after I made the purchase. So I called and tried to cancel the order and they told me that I couldn't cancel it because I wouldn't recieve my refund until after I recieved the backordered phone and sent it back.

So I just left it alone. But I called right back and talked to another representive and she said that I could cancel it but I would not recieve my $50 deposit and I would still have to wait for a phone if I purchased it out of the store. So I didn't want to lose 50 bucks so I kept the order. Two days later I called to see the status on the order and it was still backordered so I tried to cancel the order and this representative actually let me. So I was told that I would recieve my money in 7-10 days.

So I called sprint back on July 11th to see when I would recieve my refund and they told me that the refund was credited to my sprint account. I never asked them to do this. So I asked them if they could put the money back onto my card instead of the account and they told me that they would have to send a check because they don't keep track of creditcard numbers. So I should recieve a check in 7 days. I also asked for a confirmation and he said that he didn't have one but he was sure that the money would come. Never recieved a check.

I called back on 7/22 and I was told that the refund was never processed and that they had to do it again. This representative was so sure that I would recieve my check, he even gave me a confirmation number and even put an urgent request to have it sent in 3 days. So I called back today 7/28 nearly a month after the original request to find out the status using the confirmation. And I was told that it was denied and the confirmatin never even existed. I was also told that they only owe me $22.41 because of the recent bill which was way too much.

I was billed $300 which included two pro rated charges, activation fees, and other bull S@#t. This is my first bill and I was told that you get charged for 2 bills on your first bill. Which I never knew until today. So I called all of the sprint different departments and got different answers. Some say the system is showing that the money will be back on my card within 24 hours (which i thought they couldn't do) some say that I can only get 22.41 back and some just keep switching me to different departments who can't hel me.

What do i do. I am tired of waiting!!!
