On 8/23 illegally went in and deducted money from my savings account Internet

On August 23 a deduction of $30.00 was taken from my bank account. The transaction detail on my statement is listed on the next line.

I called the number above and spoke to a young lady who said she would reverse the charges and she gave me a confirmation number of the transaction. I was told it would take 5-7 days to reverse the charges. I complained bitterly about the 5-7 days and the theft that occurred and she explained that it was another department and there was nothing she could do. She would not put a manager on the phone. It is Sept 11 today and the charges have not been reversed.
