For the last 3 months my service has had problems several times a week snow no sound no tv internet and my phone is through internet no phone you call the next day and they say sense you didnt report it at the time they cant credit you you wait all day for teck over and oaver you ask for downgrade in box and they dont send it and tell you you will have to pay for service call for thier mistake someone who used to work for them said they can check back a week they send out broken equipment to replace broken equipment then your not getting channels your paying for and they cant fix that because they are fixing the billing which believe me is the only part of the company that works
this will be the third day this week i will have to sit home to get it fixed come on this isnt a business its a swindle and now they raise the bill $30 dollars a month
