Previous posts say it all. Some HAVE mistakenly signed up; others (as is the case with me) never did, but were alleged to. With chagrin, I note that I did not notice these unauthorized chargeds for ten months. But, re achieving satisfaction, previous posts very helpful. Customer "service" initially offered a month's refund, then 3 months.

I firmly held out for full refund (including the $1.95 "processing" fee). I was then "offered" approximately a third of the total, and told this was the best they could do. My reference then to FTC, state attorney general, and local small claims court resulted in agreement to full refund. I must add that I just got off the phone with them; I will have to wait to see if the full refund appears.
