I purchased a dress for my 40th birthday and then they sent me an email saying that this dress was no longer for sale (after taking money out my account) they also said they would send me pics of dresses that look like the one i purchased and paid for. I said i didnt like any other but they kept on so, i accepted the pics of the new dresses but again was not happy and asked for my money back.
They said ok but it would take a few days and they would take a handling fee, i said ok, then nothing for 2 weeks so i emaild again to be told i will get my refund on the 17th july, well guess what, still nothing, so i emailed again to be told again that it now takes a month, so here i am again over 2 months and still nothing but a lot of lies so now i am going for legal action please anyone dont go there with this company its is all false
