I needed internet asap for online classes i ordered cricket wifi online, with the promise i'll get it overnight, it did not come, it came 09/06. Over that time o went to best buy and bought exact product (cheeper). Came home couldn't install it, guy at it dept, hung up on me afer an hour of telling me "it should have worked"! When i called crs number they told me to refuse the order that came on the 6th, and i'll be refunded, i refused it, called the crs number and i was told that i wasn't suppose to refuse it, but mail it to different address! She said i have to wait 30 for my money back! I am $369 out with no internet, and not enough money for bills. The customer service reps are untrained, and sound like telemarketers more than an educated representative. Cricket is operated by scammers! They take money out of the bank in a second, but canot put it back as soon as they get the product back (which should be overnight lol)
