Unethical Practices

My complaint is against the driver and his partner in cab # 540. He is buying and delivering hard liquor, while driving his cab, for my neighbor who is an alcoholic. For a fifth of Vodka he charges her $60.00 5.00 tax. I find this practice highly unethical for a Taxicab company! I called the company last month and complained and was treated rudely. I have recently filed a complaint with the BBB. My next stop will be the Attorney General if I see cab #540 in front of my house again. I am in hopes this complaint will reach the higher ups in the company and this man is disciplined accordingly.
