I had a Carbonite account that worked fine. I had an email from Carbonite support sent in March confirming I had a valid account until 11/2.
After reinstalling the software, my account "disappeared". Carbonite said the wasn't valid despite THEIR support person saying it was valid through 2013. They basically said that was tough. A manager was supposed to contact me 5 days ago, but never has.
