Terrible customer service

Extreme dissatisfaction!!! We recently purchased a brand new refrigerator at hh gregg which was delivered. It never cooled down the first day and hh gregg sent service out to repair it... Mind you we paid 1200.00 dollars for this new refrigerator. Service came and attempted to repair it. No luck. We then insisted on a replacement which took 3 more days to be scheduled to deliver. Truck with new fridge never showed. Some story about truck lift trouble... in fact, customer service rep said it was not her problem!!! Next day given a 3 hour window of delivery... NO SHOW! Finally we did get them to come and take the NEW BROKEN fridge away for a FULL REFUND. Thats 10 days and lots of frustration... Never will step foot in their door again. Sears here we come!
