I ordered this product in the "free" trial. It was to be delivered in 3-5 business days. More than a week later, still no product. I checked the order status and the tracking number was not found on the UPS site. I sent them email and they did not respond. Ended up having to easy cancel for a mere $19 more to get out of this without future charges. $24 down and no product. Do not do business with this company.
