Unaurothorized charges

Leanspa violated their own terms and conditions by charging my bank account fees for the products that I had before the cancellation or trail period ended. I only had the product 3 days, and they already billed my bank card for another shipment that I did not authorize. I contacted them immediately, cancelled the order and they told me a refund was being processed. I also mailed the products back with the proper rma #s. Their were two charges, one for $79.99 for leanspa and one for $79.99 for leanspa cleanse. Their email only referred to one $79.99 charge being refunded. I tried to contact them again about both charges, and they have not responded to emails or phone calls. My bank account has yet to be refunded! Even if their product works, I don't want to be involved with a company that uses unethical business practices.
