I ordered LeanSpa's trial product - before I even had the product for one full week, another shipment arrived at my home and I was charged for 2 additional bottles of LeanSpa. I hadn't even gotten to finish my trial period yet. I phoned LeanSpa, returned the product and was told I would receive a refund within 7-10 business days. That was on March 25. I didn't receive the refund so I placed another call. I was told that the company was now sending checks through the mail for the refunds so to watch in the mail and it should arrive within 14 days. I have called LeanSpa 5 times and keep getting the same answer - watch your mail, we are behind, watch your mail. NINE MONTHS LATER AND STILL NO REFUND! This company needs to be SHUT DOWN! Not only do they send you product before your trial is even up and charge your card but they do not refund as they tell you time and time again that they will! WE need a class action lawsuit!!
