I purchased a sample from their company website and I received shipment of $49.95 product fifteen days later. I contacted the company by phone and was informed that when you originally ordered the 2-pack sample, you were automatically enrolled in the program which ships you out a full order. I returned the item (before they sent an e-mail telling me how to send the product back, which took my time and money to do) but they said they have not received it and will not refund my money until they do. I suspect that I never will be given back my money. I use the internet to order many things and have never had a problem before. I learned i lesson this time!!!
