Billing fraud will not refund your money never receive the package and they still keep your money

If you are reading this then you prabably already know that somewhere in there "TERMS" you are automatically enrolled in their program if you order the free sample. The problem with that is that they never ship you anything after the free sample but continue to charge you. I have been calling for over a month for a refund, they first said when you receive the product send it back with a tracking number and they will refund my money. I never received any product from them so now it is a daily "Oh well we will make a urgent report to the coporate office and they will decide "IF" they are going to refund your money, but we can't do anything because our systems are updating' 3 weeks later and 20 some phone calls the same song and dance. They billed my account again and I got that refund because it was after I cancelled but I can't get anywhere on the shipment they supposedly sent out and I never received. This company in my opinion is fraudulent.
