First of all i enroll my mother to attend the gym fit source (hialeah). It was mother's day gift, her contract was until may of these year 2011. The person that enroll her told me my mom can cancelled was her contract was over in may by sending a letter. Well my mom was aware of everything and she send her letter to corporate office. Unfortanely she did not certified and the letter arrived in july. So they want to charge me for the month of june and july plus the maintaince fee. I said no! Because i did not use their service. I think is un ethical to charge a client services that were not used. So the company tried to take $100.00 from my account and i file a dispute and did not allowed them to take money from my account. How about these company is so ridiculous that they are sueing me and my mom. Gym like that shouldn't be allowed to open. Those charges are ridiculous if the client did not used them.
