In June my phone service stopped working, the agent at Globalinx told me they will not be able to restore service for 10 days. I had no choice but to switch to another company. I called Globalinx and wrote to them repeatedly to stop charging my account.
At one point they told me my contract is for 1 year and they will not stop the the charges. Of course I did not sign any such contract with them. I eventually closed out my charge account in December, they sent me letter to say they will send my account to a collection agency.
To date they need to refund me 5 months of charges from July through November. I am unable to reach a supervisor so I sent a Certified letter to the CEO Craig Jeraback today.
Let me see what will happen, i gave him 10 days to respond.
