Hmmmm I find it funny how all these ppl are complainin about ads and sayin that TRU needs to update their computers... As far as ads, u need to read the fine print and u won't be so disappointed when u get to the store, so hello idiots, its ur own fault! And the ppl talkin about them updatin the computers, ur speakin on somethin u know NOTHING about! The computers are programmed to follow the store policy and when it says somethin can't be done, then OH WELL! Ppl slander the ppl that work at customer service, but do u realize how many terrible attitudes these ppl have to deal with during their shifts? If customers were a lil less INCOMPETENT and rude things would run a lot smoother, but ppl are selfish. Customer service is a tough job and I applaud anyone that has to deal with it. OPEN UR EYES CUSTOMERS! These ppl are doin the best they can! Ur only makin their job harder, makin ur experience and the experience of others worse, with u holding up lines because u didn't read ads/coupons correctly. U should all be ashamed of urselves!
