Purchased a HP touchpad for $100 and it showed as successful purchase with charges to my credit card. Turns out they were already out of stock and will not honor the online purchase. Today everyone was getting a $20 gift certificate from BN.com

BN.com did not honor the deal and is only sending reimbursements to select customers. It's very bad business practice to only reimburse on random.

I hope more online retailers can see this and see how important a online shopping cart system can make or break your image.
