Called in to purchase a ONE MONTH membership... By passed all of the other crap they try to trick you into buying; found they billed my card for A ONE YEAR MEMBERSHIP. Immediately called to cancel and they then tried to back it down to three months, then said "all purchases are non-refundable." Escalalted to a "supervisor" with the ID#4168 and he said it would take up to two weeks to restore funds. This is a flagrant rip off!
