Here is their apology. The scam was clever. The seller diane pretended to be my sister in law. The company name Hernadez pretended to be a mental healthy counselor where i worked.
I have deleted my name since they would attack and scam me again if you told them that I had reported them
I think they should be stopped. Dear
Our records indicate that you signed up for one our vacation packages
some time ago. Our records also indicate your package was never shipped
out to you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
To apologize for this inconvenience that we have caused you we are
going to upgrade your package to one of our premium packages. We can
have that shipped out to you immediately. To avoid any more shipping
problems we have put up a new web page. It is attached directly to our
shipping center. Just go to the site and fill out the correct address
for your package to go to and you should see your package within 5-7 days.
