I purchased the out door potable garage
Item # 42211 Manufacturer: Big Top

In December. It is 4 months old.
The cover is defective probably didnt get treated for UV as the ad stated. It is like tissue paper and rips off in chunks in the wind. The frame is like new.
I spoke to customer service as soon as I saw a tear I was told to see the manager of the store for replacement. The manager was rude and turned his back. I called customer service again, I offered photos.
Now I am told it is over 90 days and NOTHING will be done. I asked for a cover only! Not full replacement! Told NO not even a partial discount!
This is unacceptable! I deal with thousands of people as a trade days manager! My sign letting people know Harbor Freight is a rip off will be huge! I am so angry I spend a lot of $ there but never again!
I only wanted a reasonable resolution, I was met with rudeness!
