I was picked up at 5:30 AM, the next pick was not until 6:15, had to wait 30 mins before the other passenger pick. I reached work at almost 7 AM. I have lost several hours in the last month due to shared rides which had excessive wait times or trip mapping that did not made any sense. Such as waiting an hour in DC to pick up a passenger who either cancelled his trip or no showed.

I am getting tired of losing and wasting my time... Who could be well spent on something productive.

When you pick the furniture you see in the store you do layaway pay than they give you a different one and tell you to wait 2 to 3 weeks but they never call you to pick up
