Bad experience at walmart in kernsville

My daughter's pediatrician sent an prescription to walmart in kernersville NC. I spent 2 hours grocery shopping to allow enough time for the prescription to be filled. Afterwards my 2 year old daughter and I went to pick up her medicine and they asked us to wait another 30mins. I came back an hour later, only to find out they did not have it in stock. They did not notify me while I was waiting or anything. After waiting for 4 hours I had to transfer my prescription and wait again when I could have done that 4hours ago.
