The Worse Service & Rude

I booked online around 3:30 for a cab I needed. I went out and waited outside. I called the first person and she told me there was nobody to pick me up yet and that I should wait and if anything happened the next 10 minutes I should call again. I wasn't the only one waiting for a Yellow cab actually in front of me another 2 persons got their cabs with no problem. 10 minutes after I called again and a lady told me very rude that my car was already on the way, ok nothing happened. 10 minutes after I calles a couple of times, a man told me that a cab was going my way so nothing happened. I called again they told me a cab was coming and if nothing happened in the next 15 MINUTES I should call again.

I was already mad, I was losing time, work and was going to get really late to my destination, so I called again. I one woman told me there was NO ONE to pick up this service that I should wait. It was 4:40 from Presidio to Daly City (my destination) so there was no way I could make it before 5:00 so I decided to canceled. I lost more than an hour waiting for nothing, couldn't get to my destination, and they don't even care! They play with your time so bad, they need to organize, we have important things to do and we rely on this company!
