The Ladders executive job search is a SCAM! Stay away! They guaranteed me a job within 90 days, or told me I would receive my $2,500 back. Not only did I receive hardly any job leads, the ones I did receive weren't in my salary range!!! They sell you on this great service to find you a job and promise if they don't succeed they will refund you, and I have been fighting with them for 5 months about getting my money back! They are refusing because they said they sent me 1, yes 1, lead that met my salary requirements! Stay away from the Ladders, all they have done is started charging us for the stuff they use to do for free, and not they aren't living up to the word of the contract I signed with them! Stay Away!!!
