I purchased a laptop on Bestbuy.com on Nov 29. I got it on Dec 10. It was a Christmas Present to myself so it got opened Dec 25th. I seemed to work Ok but the other day we tried using the CD drive and it wouldn't work. We took to store and was told it was a manufactures defect and they had to ship it to them and I would have to wait 6 weeks to get it back. I asked about an exchange or a store credit and was told no because 14 days had passed since I purchased it. I Use this laptop for work and not having it is costing me time and money... Not only did I get sold a broken Product and they are keeping my money but I am also losing money from my work. Best Buy you just lost out on a very good customer and I have filed complaints with Federal and state agencies. Also not to mention Facebook posts to hundreds of friends about your practices... You Suck and I will tell everyone I meet about how you treated me!!! I Have talked to everyone in your company from store level to online to consumer complaints!!! And no help!!!
