The franchise tax board seems to be misplacing withholding documents of the elderly and not giving credit for taxes paid on 1099r and asking for payment for taxes already paid. I am 91 and caught the crooks red handed. I wonder how many millions they stole from the elderly with this trick. I assure you all the documents were sent. I know several friends that got the same scam letter from the franchise tax board and sent money because there were confused. Some one needs to go to jail for this abuse.
