I sent my PS3 in December to be repaired. Not only did it come back not working. But when i contacted customer service, i was told by a very rude employee that the laser disc had been replaced but was not the case (due to the loud banging sounds it made). I then asked for another label (which was not sent) (probably due to the employee) at which time i had to ask for another. (2 weeks wasted) now take that 2 weeks add it to 7-10 for 2 shipping labels as well as 7-10 for each delivery both ways. It is now 2 month later, they have no tracking for my package so i dont know when it will be. And if it is not fixed again. I send it back again. (3 tries sounds redundant) but regardless i was told when i bought this package (days not weeks). Very unhappy about customer service, lack of package tracking, and timely repairs. Ive spent thousands at walmart and this is the first time ive had to use them directly for repairs. Horrible experience.
