Product Care Plan Warranty is worthless review

Walmart simply does not care. It's been 3 weeks since I requested repair service on my LCD TV and it is still sitting here inoperable. Everytime I inquire when it will be repaired I receive the same answer everytime, "the parts are being ordered. Really? 3 weeks. I'm not asking them to repair the Space Shuttle, it's a simple TV!!! I will never buy anything from Walmart again and am cancelling my Sam's Club membership and going to Costco
