Return Policy

Walmart changed their policies of doing returns. I have had three returns past 90 days and they won't remove them I was told to speak with the assistant manger and she looked at the amounts of my returns and denied to take them off. I live in texas and my parents live in another state my mother sends me and my four kids gifts and household items constantly some I need and much I don't so we take them back and return for items or things we need. I have never had a problem with doing this until they upgraded the stores. I feel like there business is getting worse and it doesn't make since someone needs to do something about this are they are going to start losing more business regardless how many or much they own the customers come first. And if the employees they have in charge are not people friendly and just plain rude they need to do more then upgrade the stores but mangers also.
