I sent an email to purecollagex.com and told them I do not want their product. They had sent a previous package, in June but the transaction went through before I received and sent back the package. I never did get a credit back. Now, they sent another package in July and debited my credit card July 22, but I did not receive the package until August 8th and sent it back immediately as per their instructions. They put the charge on your credit card before the package gets sent out. What a scam and they do not take you off their list as they say they will.
