Miscellaneous

I ordered sample skin care products to AuraVie and received a sample package early June. At that time, I did not know that I signed automatic terms and conditions by ordering a sample shipment.

My credit card was charged $97.88 on June 18 by the unknown company "SKINSH." Again, another $97.88 was charged on July 20. But I received no package because I was out of town from late June to early August. Not only package, but also I received no email notification, no delivery notice. But $97.77 was charged twice.

AuraVie customer rep told me that I need to have a proof from US postal service that the package was lost.By contacting US postal service, I found out that the package was shipped in First Mail which doe not require require signature.US Postal Service sent me email saying "unable to provide a definitive reason as to the loss of your important mailing."

I faxed the email copy as a proof of lost package and claimed refund. Then, AuraVie rep told me that the proof of lost package is not sufficient to get refund. This time, the rep said I need a proof of Not-delivered package. Lost package is not the same as not-delivered package. Lost package means the package was shipped, but did not reach to the recipient. If Postal Service says "unable to provide a definitive reason as to the loss of your important mailing, " how can I prove?

I hope nobody can be a victim of such a tricky tactics.
