Ripoff misrepresentaion credit card fraud bank account violation

Capial First called me, offering the same deal as everyone else here, and I actually called when the package took its time getting to my house and asked the CSR if the 7 day trial period starts when I receive the package. She said, "Yes, it starts when you receive the package."

When I got the package and saw it for what it was; a membership that looks completely worthless to any normal human being, I called and cancelled... Or at least tried to and was met with oppostion. I finally got it cancelled and checked my account later that day. Lo and behold, $59.95 and $99.95 was taken out THE DAY BEFORE I CANCELLED, ONE DAY AFTER I RECEIVED THE PACKAGE!

I called and the CSR told me its 7 days from the time I am scheduled to receive the package, and I was scheduled to get it on July 30th. I actually received it on August 20th!

I am pursuing it at the bank level, I don't feel like I will get the results I want any other way.
