Concerned customer Tulsa ok - Customer Service

Just left your store on Gilcrese Rd.in Tulsa, Ok. Did not buy any thing for there was no help at the counter. No one greeted us or ask if we could be helped. We were going to get ice cream to go after we had some there. My husband eats rockyroad they only had two in the box they both had ice build up on top with cholocate icecream mixed with it. The store is getting worse with the service that they offer all the time. We like your ice cream but we don't want to have to drive seven to eight miles to get any. Just thought you would like to know what is going on. Thanks
