Braums Bad food-bad management

Our family has been going to our neighborhood Braums since it opened. We would go there one to two times a week, lunch or dinner. We have told people that it is the greatest hamburger in town and my grand daughters love their chicken fingers.in the past several months the place has done a complete turn. They food comes out cold, if you complain you get nasty remarks. Several times they have (REFRIED) cold food. Complain-again nasty looks & remarks. Service has really gone down. I wanted to purchase groceries - waited for the KIDS to finish visiting behind the ice cream counter before they approached me. One customer, one clerk did not take three to fill one ice cream order. Order taker often does not understand your requests, AGAIN if you complain about miss order you are given smart remarks. Manager on duty does not take care of customer needs. I ordered cheese on burger came without, manager said I did not order it that way. Clerk behind counter took order wrong. Manager wanted to argue with me. We have decided not to return.
