I have recently bought an LG inverter aircon but it always breakdown.

So i called LG customer service centre to arrange a date for their technician to come but they always take a few days to arrange it. They even told me that their are currently busy so it may take some time. What the hell! Is it my business if they are busy!? From what i see is that they are making an excuse!
Their efficiency is also very slow.

The day finally arrive, LG technician came down to my place to rectify the problem and told me that the faulty parts is the cause of it. So i ask to change it as my aircon is still under warranty. But they told me that my aircon model spare parts is currently unavailable and will only be ready probably in 2 weeks time. I was seriously angry.in addition, their service attitude was very rude!

Even after retification, it breakdown again the next day. The product becomes an alarming concern for me.

The product sucks and even the service attitude is very bad!

Please help me solve this problem instead of giving me trouble and let me be able to me your loyal customer.
