Ripoff-Toshiba America, the worst customer service eve

Electronics and household app.

We boght a TV set, HD Toshiba, 34 inches wide screen from a distributor in St. Petersburg, FL on june 29th; 4 months later the TV screen became green, black and white. We had a 3 years warranty and reported to toshiba, they gave us the phone # of a technician in our area. They picked up the TV 8 days later and after two weeks we didn't hear a thing about them, so we called and the technician told us that he needed to order some parts from Toshiba. Two weeks later we called again and were told that the parts didn't work and new parts have to be order.

We then called Toshiba customer service several times and they insist the TV its going to be repaired. The Technician says he is not sure what's wrong, he even changed the picture tube and still does not work. Now, more then two months later Toshiba hasn't solve anything but doesn't want to change the set or give the money back or, at least, put a timetable to the solution. They say there is not time to solve it and they will keep working on it untill they fix it. Where is then the customer service, the warranty and the money?
