I will never use A & E factory service!

A & E factory services. Maytag refrigerator 1 1/2 years old two problems. First problem ice maker 6 months ago. Second problem compressor. Problem noticed Aug 27 technician arrived next day Monday, but since it was the compressor a part not readily carried in their trucks (even though the issue is known according to the technician) the part had to be ordered. I am still waiting for the technician to arrive. The scheduled time on the receipt was Sept 10, but I was told by the technician to call when the part arrived. I could only get the scheduled time changed to Sept 7 8am to 12p. The technician said that I should be able to get an earlier time since I have no refrigerator. Wow that couldn't have been further from the truth. Customer service was a joke. The staff I spoke to have no idea what customer service is. They might as well live on the moon. Erma and Rachael should receive the same treatment for any and all service they need. Well I'm sorry you feel that way, NO, when you say 8a to 12p I expect that the service person shows up. Why should there be 3 or 4 people before me. I have no refrigerator, not my fault. Rachael you are extremely rude and not necessary, a recording could do your job.

I have no idea when the technician will show up between 1p and 5p, maybe. I have no idea if he will fix the refrigerator or if another part is needed.

I will never buy another maytag refrigerator, but most definitely I will never use A & E factory service. Extended warranty never again, I will call whom ever I want not some lame company with no customer service.
