I spoke to a cusdtomer service person amonth and told them to cancell our membership becasue we were not using it. And the said they did and going to refund the cost and gave me a confirmation number. Well come to fin out that they never did this and the are taking this out of checking account without are permission. Of course when i call i get the run-around. Please help thank you karen
