On March 10th I called and cancelled the membership. I told them to cancell everything. On April 10th they deducted another $49.95 out of my account. I called them back they said I had only cancelled a portion of the membership when I told them spacifically to cancell all. If at the time i called to cancell the membership and told them to cancell it all that did not mean to only cancell a portion. Now they are telling me they can not refund my money it also put my bank account in the negative. I was not able to speak to a supervisor. They said a supervisor will return my call within a day.
