Last year I noticed that $69.95 had been withdrawn from my bank account by Shoppers Advantage. I never have heard from these people. So I called the number on my banking statement. They told my free trial of Fraud Protection had expired. I never received any paperwork on this subject & do not know how they have my banking information. They refunded the $69.95 charge and I had told them to take me off of their list & to never touch my bank account again.
Just recently I received a phone call saying I had insufficient funds in my account from Shoppers Advantage withdrawing yet again, $69.95.
My bank is charging me insufficient fees and I have 2
bouncing checks along with the bouncing check fees.
I have tried contacting Shoppers Advantage regarding the fees but they will not refund any overdraft fees.
From letter: We will not be able to honor your request as our terms and conditions state that you are eligible to receive a refund of the unused portion of the current year's membership fees only.
I have never requested this membership. I have asked to be taken off the list. I have told them never to take money from my account again because I do not want any of their services.
So it looks like they screwed me & there is nothing I can do.
Beware of this company.
