Thought I was ordering a replacement social sec card for a family member but have been charged a second time for what I learned is a "monthly membership fee". An obvious scam as I now know that forms to obtain replacement cards are FREE through the SSA. This fraudulent company tries to imply that we will actually get the card through them. I searched for other complaints about this and have found some dating back 5 years! This company has been ripping people off for years using the same urls and the same business name the whole time. Makes me wonder how they got away with this for so long. Where are the consumer watchdog groups?!?
