$9.95 one month special... I gave my credit card info, next page i am chaged $141.00 on my account. As soon as i saw what they did i called after a fifteen min. Wait a person did answer the phone and told me that the $9.95 was the first month with a paid full year... I demanded a refund in full... I was told that she could only lower me to a better rate... After i blew up and said i was calling the bbb... My bank etc., and using a few choice words... F... You robed me, the bitch said she would refund in 7.. 10 days, i called my bank and i do have to wait untill morning, but these people may as will put a gun to my head
