I had the phone interview July 14. No one ever called me. Then they got the nerve to close my case because they tried to call July 19. How is this fair? They said i had an appt on the 14th and i went on the 19th. Well, i have been down there three times since and the workers keep telling me they are backed up that's why no one has called me. One had the audacity to laugh and say "oh we're just really backed up." How is this funny that i have no food or resources to feed my kids? Then i go down today and wait in line for an hour, then wait another hour for a supervisor. Just for her to send an email that she would call me today from 1-4pm. No one ever called me. It's just wrong what they are doing down there and don't care.
