Irresponsibility

My case worker, who works in Genesee County was told AND given proof that I gave birth to my child on May 7th. I am completely unable to get a hold of her and unable to find out who her supervisor is, so I may talk to them. My child has NOT been added to my case as of June 7th and I was told by the clerk that he will not be added until sometime in possibly July.

At this time we do NOT have any food stamps or WIC to provide my child with formula. I have been going anywhere and everywhere BEGGING for food to keep up with the baby's demand. I was also told that a Mr. Lee Rudolph was supposed to provide us with formula, but when I called, he also will NOT return my calls. My child is going hungry and the worst part is - they know and DO NOT care! What kind of humanity is this - I thought the DHS was to help people in need? Does anyone know what I can do to feed my child? I can't get a WIC appointment until mid June, HELP us please! NO I did not use my real name, because I know that someone will screw me over if I do, but I sure would appreciate a response.
