No Phone Interview After a Month

I just want to say I am furious with the agency. My worker called June 7 and hasn't called back since. I have been online chats and called. I called two weeks ago yesterday and they said giver her until last Tuesday to contact me. Still nothing. My son and I have no money or food in the house. He attends summer camp Monday-Friday and has to have a pack lunch. What is going on here? We need food in our house ASAP. I called yesterday and the worker e-mailed my worker and her supervisor and now upper management. What can be done until then? We're going on a month tomorrow without my phone interview and almost no food in the house or for my son's lunch. I am so frustrated, sad, upset and about to cry everyday.
